Thanks for checking in Onami. I am doing great, last week lost 2.6 more pounds. Yahoo.... This week added quinoa, an have been really hungry, today I am going to have it at lunch instead of my afternoon snack, and see what happens. I have not noticed any weight loss this week, probably because of it, let's see. I keep goingforward

Still here fighting this weight. My weight has stalled, but I keep going. Life is very busy, with school going. Barely have time to take a shower, but always find time to go to the gym though.
My first goal seems so far away... ahhhh.. patience, I need that. Someday, someday........

Thank you so much ladies. I feel really well. Scale is stubborn, still at 130 pounds, but I am fine with that, as long as does not go UP. Exercising really hard, lots of stress with school though

New weight: 117
2 more pounds to reach next goal of 115 and 7 more to reach final goal of 110. I feel awesome.
All my clothes FIT really well. I am skinny again, yahoo.....
Keep going friends, it is possible, it is not easy, but definitely worth it.
