I am proud of you all too. I think that being aware of what you are doing, whether with the program or veering a little off, is in of itself a success. So everyone that has posted is doing a great job.
I have a slight advantage in that my husband is gone a lot so I don't keep anything in the house that might tempt me. I have a lot of free time to go to the gym and I have gym buddies that have a background in teaching aerobics, etc. Oh yeah I also have you guys!
I am really viewing my way of eating/exercise as a full time job so I think that's why I am seeing results. If DH was here I don't think I would be this far along in this weight loss. (I feel bad saying that but it's the truth!) He says it's neat to see how different I look every time he comes home! (I carried a lot of weight in my face and I guess it was noticeable when I started losing) My body seems to actually gain a little for a few days after I do a heavy weight day, and then drops a few pounds the next week. Very interesting to discover my body has a pattern of loss.
