..... i will lose 15 lbs by Mother's day, then see my new MD & have all the annual tests done..... My purpose it to stay off all meds... so I need good glucose ,lipids & trig #s.To do this >>> 1.25# /week>>>>>>>
I will walk 12 + miles a week
I will decrease wine consumption
I will keep to my 1200-1350 cal/day with fiber in mind
& I'll be honest in tally... miles ,cals weight
