Play-doh - Day 27 - I got on the scale this morning and was so disappointed to see 146 still, hanging on to the two pounds I gained in week 3. I feel like my eating is really spot-on, but exercise is difficult to squeeze in during the week. Surely I can still lose weight with good eating even if I only exercise 3 times a week...
Chaddeh, I grew up in Covington. My sister went to college in Lafayette and another went to LSU but we moved away from Louisiana by the time I started high school. Ooh, how I'd love a shrimp po boy right now.
DCLissa17 - Day 23 - Chaddeh- I hope you're having fun in New Orleans! So far so good here. I think I've found a good balance to hang at for while in P2: 2 starches and 1-2 fruits a day. I've mostly been adding starches to lunch&dinner and fruit to a snack along with protein. Haven't had any cravings related to adding things back...the only time is if I have some wine at night I might get the munchies. I'm very happy with SB this time around! Just need to buy more cauliflower
Chaddeh - Day 24 - Back from N.O. Playdoh, where from on the Northshore? I grew up in Bogalusa, went to college in Hammond. I have to admit, I ate good during lunch, but I had a shrimp poboy and some fried speckled trout one day. But now I'm back home and back on the beach, so hopefully I didn't do too much damage.
