DCLissa17- Day 10 - doing good. being back at work is a relief because of the structure. There is tons of candy around and pizza tonight, didn't even want any. I love this part of Phase one! Chaddeh, good for you on the exercise! That's the next step for me, get on track with that. Warmer today so going to take a half mile walk with the dog this morning after work and my back is killing me, so want to do the Phase one exercises too....they actually are PERFECT for my particular back issues. I should do them every day!
Chaddeh - Day 12 - cheated a little, had a small portion of brown rice at Dinner. Don't think it will hurt though, phase I is all about just getting rid of the sugar/sweet craving for me. I'll stay strict the next two days, workout, and then come Monday weigh in and see what kind of results I get.... shooting for 7lbs this week. Watched the first two episodes of the biggest loser for inspiration this week. I realized, a couple of the guys on there are in the 280 range, and heck that's only 15 more lbs then me! (well not after this weekend!)
