Play-doh - Today I weighed in at 146 -- UGHHHH! So discouraging! In spite of my good eating, I just don't think I'm going to be able to lose weight unless I can exercise more than just three days a week. I'm going to have to figure out how to squeeze it in during the week which will mean having to give up something... Hmmm, what what? Maybe I should quit my job.
Anyway, I had a great workout this morning and burned 600+ calories. I'll do it again tomorrow and I'll try my hardest to workout twice during the week. That's my goal for this coming week: workout on Monday and Wednesday. Lissa, yeah, my SBD honeymoon phase is definitely over. Sounds like you're hanging in there! It's gotta be hard with your crazy schedule.
DCLissa17 - Well I've been having a real emotional week (waiting on an acceptance letter to take my emergency/critical care boards) and the dog was causing trouble and after the last couple of disastrous weekends and not enough sleep, was REALLY strained going into work last night. Thankfully was busy and I did pretty good! A snitch of candy here and there but nothing troublesome. Then I've stayed up most of the day ( just feeling energized and I'm going with it!). Finally finally got my acceptance letter this afternoon and feeling good! Decided to celebrate and get some vodka for cocktails, indulge myself in some crazy snacks, and get back on track tomorrow.
This is such a stress reliever!
