The support I get from my fellow SB-ers is the very best part of this wol.......
I am sad that so few are posting regularly right now ...but I know that after the holidays we will be seeing lots of our old buddies again..
and meet new ones too .....on Jan 1
B 2 % chedder cheese omelet ( 2 egg whites + 1 whole egg) , Saute'ed ( wilted ) shredded cabbage
S small green salad w/ lots of fresh basil and black olives , homemade bleu cheese dressing ( less fat no extra salt and no sugar)
L 1 1/2 C veggie split pea soup 2 rice cakes, grapes
D Meatloaf ( turkey) sand. on ww bagel, Strawberry yogurt smoothie
S prunes, 1 1/2 oz colby cheese
walked 20 minutes ( a start)
water just barely ok too much coffee
sad weigh in for Christmas challenge
