I seem to be following my old pattern of ignoring my computer as soon as we start having some nice days............
I have been working 4 or 5 days a week and am not tolerating it well
This will stop by mid to late may, when I plan to cut back to 1 or 2 afternoons per week. I hate to give up this little job altogether. It truly is a good thing for me to be forced out of the house on winter mornings.....
I like the little paychecks too.
I have been staying mostly beachy, but without my morning check in I can see a difference in meal planning, ( leads to impulse eating)
Hence, the whole wheat pizza over the week end......It WAS ww and lots of veggies , spinach, mushrooms, onion, lf cheese, but too much. I ate it late on a day that I forgot to take my brown bag to work, I didn't see a climb on the scale. I did divide it into 3 portions and put 2 in the freezer....Down near the bottom
Also I have been awful about keeping a daily log of what I have eaten the day before..... somedays yes..... somedays no
but as I remember It
S greek yogurt w/ blackberries and splenda..

D from freezer Chicken stuffed pablano 2 ( each on 2/3 ww tortilla) w sour cream yum......
Supper 2 med parsnips ( from garden) acorn squash from freezer, spinach, jello w/ fruit cocktail
S 5 small prunes
sf candies w/tea
