I thought we'd experienced almost every challenge while on the SBD, eating at restaurants, eating at house of a family member, eating at a B&B, being without cooking facilities for several days. Well... Now we have a new challenge... We're moving! Later this week, we'll have our belongings split between 2 houses. There'll be times before our house sells, when I'll travel back to the house to mow grass, clean it, and make sure everything is okay. Fixing meals will be challenging and there's extra stress, but based on past experience, I'm feeling confident.

The good thing is that you're going to be kept busy and won't be thinking of food all the time. I have way to much time on my hands and food is the main thing on my mind. Maybe you should still keep the refrigerator filled with your SBD foods in your old home since you haven't sold yet, and have SBD foods in your new kitchen. Just a suggestion. Moving is always a stressful time, but you're fortunate that Mrs. Geo is also on the plan and that's makes it a little easier than when you have no support like me. (My wife is just fed up with my yo yo dieting and doesn't want to hear anything about food)

Today is our day to weigh ourselves. Both of us had no weight change. Our weight has really stabilized. Both of us have lost 2 pounds over the last 5 weeks... If we weren't recording our weight, the change wouldn't be noticeable. Maybe we have reached a weight that suits our bodies, and we won't lose much more, or maybe this is what people call a "plateau". Either way, we are happy with the way we feel and look, and I know that my heart-health is dramatically improved. Thank you, Dr. Agatston!

You guys are doing great!!! I remember trying to maintain 2 houses, only 1 was a 2hr drive, it is not an easy thing. Hopefully the sale will go quickly and the sell price will be in your favor!!!

I like the idea of a SBD fridge in both houses. You guys can do it. You both seem really good on planning things out. Good luck on the sale of your house. Hoping it is smooth, peaceful and I. Your favor!

Plateaus are normal. Nobody likes them, but they're a fact of life for weight loss, unfortunately. The important thing is to keep on regardless. :)
