So I'm ashamed I've been off the site for almost 2 weeks. That's a long time for me!! I have definitely been struggling getting back on track with the eating/exercising after I was thrown for a loop with that sickness. I got to spin class twice this week and am feeling more like my old self. Getting back to where I was before. This is a 'kid-free'' weekend starting at 1pm tomorrow for 24 hours, so I will be able to hit a BodyPump class and do some cardio.
DH got braces on his teeth 2 weeks ago and has just been a miserable drag since... which doesn't help anyones' mood around here. He's starting to feel better and eat a bit better - poor guy was in pain and starving!! So tomorrow we are going out for dinner and hopefully he can enjoy the food. He certainly doesn't have any weight to lose!
I hope everyone is doing well. I'm just getting myself ready to have the summer off work with the kids (9 weeks - yay!!) so planning lots of fun stuff and a vacation to visit family/friends in Vancouver/Victoria for 2 weeks in August.
