It was between Victoria and Sunshine. Kobi had the only vote this week having won a challenge. He sent Victoria home saying she wasn't working hard enough and she had to step it up. He is so judgmental. Once he gets something in his head, that's it. That's the way it is and there's no other way.

Let me know what you think after you watch it.

Lost was a re-run last night, so I watched all of Biggest Loser instead of trying to switch back and forth. :D The 5K in Texas made me cry. So sweet. I think the right person went home and is doing so well at home, too!

It was sad about O'Neal, but I think it was better for him to go home than Sunshine. He seemed to be doing really great at home, and when Sunshine gets home (whenever that is) I'm sure they will do well together. Also, they did a good job at home at the beginning of the season and did a great job of supporting each other then. Boy, it's getting down to the wire, isn't it? Not sure who I'm really pulling for out of the remaining contestants.

No doubt O'Neil has what it takes to do it at home. Hate to say this but Sunshine is getting on my nerves. Maybe now that daddy's gone she'll buck up and stop crying all the time. I like Ashley and Michael and Daris. Koli not so much. I was looking at Michael and thinking he reminds me of someone. Finally figured out that now that he's looking thinner, he resembles Rocky Balboa (Sly Stalone). So I guess I'm back to rooting for Rocky! With Ashley and Daris close seconds. And maybe Sam. :)

Sunshine needs to learn to be on her own!
I want to see Daris win it.
I'm so excited that Tuesday is makeover week. I can't wait for Daris to lose that hair!!!

They all have some funky hair going on this season. I was sad to see O'Neil leave too. He's such a wonderful dad and such a nice guy. How inspiring was he on the 5km run/walk with that woman. Made me and DH (who barely watches the show) tear up. DH actually watched the whole thing with me. He usually says 'ah man... you're watching the big fat loser again'... but this time I think he got hooked.

Makeover week coming up... yee haw!!! LOVE IT!

I agree with what somebody said earlier. It is not realistic. When this people come home they better keep up the routine of hours of workout per day and the perfect monitored meal plans. I hope they have all that planed out before they leave. Give it a year or two and then do a follow up on all the contestants to see if they really learned something from the show. I'm not saying that they are not doing great and look great when they are done, but then what?
About 10 years ago , I used to work out 3 hours a day and ate ridiculously healthy all the time. I lost 40 pounds in a few months and wore a size 5 Jr. I looked really good and was in the best shape of my life. Well, it didn't last and I gained it all back. I couldn't keep up with the 3 hours a day work out, I had to make a living you know. And I got married and had a kid. Even less time to work out for hours a day.
Bottom line is. These people are married and they most likely have a job. That's when the real challenge come in. To maintain their work out and meal plan after the show is over. Like I said. I really hope they are not hung out to dry after they get sent home.

Oh my goodness--makeovers--they look amazing, especially Daris and Michael. They all look good, but the change in those two seems to be sooooo dramatic!

I watched tonoghts episode. And one guy had lost 15 pounds in a week. Thats not real. It can't be! That would be impossible for him to keep up that kind of work out. 15 pounds!! I want to loose 20 and I though 5 weeks were a stretch.

I can't belive Michael has almost lost 200 punds in 15 weeks.
This morning my husband told me that he had it's because he was over 500 pounds.
Exactly! Which is why I should be able to lose 10 pounds in 10 weeks!!!

So happy about the makeovers!
I love Ashley but I don' think she's quite ready for tight jumpsuits yet! She's almost there though.

Does anyone else think Sunshine went from a sweetheart to a snob?

Hi guys,

Wow, they all looked amazing! How fun to see them all with their new duds and hairdo's. Agreed, the gals outfits were way too tight. Not sure why they do that, it sure isn't flattering. Sunshine is so beautiful. But I always kind of thought she was spoiled. I'm glad Sam went home and not Michael. Sam looked so handsome, and what great news about him and Stephanie.

Anyway, good show. I cried through the whole makeover part.

Now come on Michael! Kick butt!

Looking forward to seeing Erik Chopin on next week's show!

ok, what happened with Sam and Stephanie? I watch the first hour and then have to try to catch a minute or two during Lost commercials. So, Sam was voted off, right? I think Sunshine is kind of spoiled, especially by her Daddy. She seems sweet, but she may have gotten a little carried away after the makeover. I agree the girls should have worn something a little more flattering. I know they are excited, but their outfits seemed to emphasize the weight they had left to lose instead of flattering the size they are. Well, those are just my opinions. Now tell me about Sam and Stephanie!!!
