Hello Board!

Postby TiffanyMB » Tue Jan 13, 2009 6:00 am

Hello everyone,
I heard of SBD from a tv show that was comparing all sorts of diets, I was instantly drawn to this one. I bought the book months ago, but only really started to become interested in it this last week, when on my visit to the gym I saw I had gained about 5 pounds since November. I'm commited to this now!

Not only are my best friends planning a summer vacation, which I hope I'm no longer seen as the 'fat friend', but also I have a heart problem where my main artery has a tiny hole in it and therefore leaks back blood making my hear pump faster to maintain a constant blood flow. I'm hoping this problem will get better with this diet, and at my next check-up I want positive news. I'm expecting it to be tough since I'm in university and work part-time, finding time to prepare foods is sometimes a struggle, but I think I can do it

I'm excited to start SBD I hope I can stick with it.

ps. Day one of Phase one starts tomorrow!

Cheers!
Tiffany

Hello Tiffiny. I will start tomorrow, so want to wish you great things with your diet. I have done SB once before, lost 85 pounds then went to a sit down job and regained 40. Now, a year later, I am doing it all over agian. It isn't as bad as you would like it to be. It will come to you without any thought real soon. Just remember, carbs crave more carbs. No carbs, no craves. It worked for me. good luck.
