Hey! My name is Natasha. I'm 27 from Nanaimo BC, Canada. In the last couple yrs I have lost 80 lbs using a combination of the Dr Phil diet and trial and error. I have 18 lbs to go! Wish me luck as my wedding is quickly approaching!!

My name is Mack...I'm 22 years old from Edmonton, Alberta Canada.
My current weight is 245, I have a good solid foundation of muscle mass, from playing sports all my life and having a bigger build from my gene pool haha, My target weight is a lean 200 pounds, Shed some unwanted fat before tour, and come back a machine!!!

From Abbeville, SC. I have at least 60 pounds to get off. I chose SB because it's not a diet but a balanced smart way to learn what to eat. I have PCOS and IR so I hope the balanced diet routine with a little exercise will get some of those symptoms under control.
