Calling all 2017 SBD'ers

Hi!!! I started on 4/12/17. I read this forum EVERYDAY because it helped to keep me motivated and on track. I get GREAT inspiration from the older posts but would love to hear from some people currently trying to loose weight. There's Geo ... but I havnt seen you recently!!! I love watching your progress!!!! I'm getting ready to wrap up week one of Phase 2. It's been great and not NEARLY as scary as I thought it would be. I'm down just about 3 lbs this week (official weigh in is tomorrow). I've pretty much just added 1-2 fruit servings a day. I loved the advice to add your fruit as an afternoon snack and combine with a fat. So my "go to's" are: blueberries and almonds or Apple with almond butter. Both yummmmmmm. Heading to Oklahoma for 4 days this week. Picking up my college freshman and there are several restaurants she wants to go to with us to celebrate!!! It shall be challenging. So hoping I don't undo the past 3 weeks. Wish me luck

Hi 59/50girl.
Just read your note about traveling to OK. Hope you have a great trip.
Mrs. Geo has 2 sons that live in thr Tulsa area. We get up to see them about twice/year. This is a lovely time of year to travel there. Everything should be very green. Enjoy your trip.

There are lots of great-tasting snacks you can take with you if you have room for a cooler. It seems like we are much more likely to succeed if we have healthy snacks with us.

Hi 50/50, wondering if you're still around. I found a spot where you had updated your stats, but no post. Thank goodness for Geo and Magna! It looks like they've been your only company,so I wanted to say hello. I'm not new to SB, but a returning soul who let life get the better of me. In 2004 the boards were very, very busy and with the help of some lovely supporters I was able to lose about 40 pounds, so I'm sure I can get back to eating in a proper way. Anyway, I just wanted you to know you're not alone in this. Maybe we can give each other a nudge!
