Bean Cake Based Tortes & Muffins/Cakes (Recipelover's)

I made the Orange Dreamsicle cake last night - OMG! It turned out DE-LISH! I think that would have fooled anyone. In fact, I plan on making it for a get together.

I do want to mention that the grocery store was out of the small packages of SF pudding, so I used a larger package. The topping was thick and creamy and very easy to spread. So, whether it was a mistake or not, I do not know, but I plan to keep using the larger package of SF pudding in the future. PERFECTO!
