Excellent idea!

How is it possible that I have never noticed this recipe before? Made it tonight (minus the chicken - I've been eating a lot of chicken lately and I'm kind of sick of it), and I think it is going to be a staple in my house this winter!

this recipe (5 or 6 can soup) is AWESOME!

we decided to do phase 1 cuz our eating had gotten out of hand and we both thought a good old phase one detoxing would be a good thing.... i wanted to look into some new recipes (i have several from the first time we did SB back in 2004 that we still use we like them so much!) i came across this recipe... picked up the cans (actually 2 of each so we could make it twice since i trusted all the rave reviews!) how RIGHT they were! i'm looking forward to making this again next week... and even after were back to our normal phase 2/3 eating!

i also like, and have written down, several of the modifications!
