Many of the recipes in this crockpot thread (10 pages of it) are okay for Phase 1. Just watch out for pasta and other grains. If there is just meat and veggies etc. listed in the ingredients, it would be okay for Phase 1. Also many people indicate behind the recipe name what Phase it is for.

Any SBD friendly barbecue sauces or recipes from scratch for a sugar free barbecue sauce? I want to make pulled pork in the crockpot for a large group of people.

Thanks for the response-found recipes last night but was looking for an easy brand to use for convenience w/out sugar. Might need to go scratch route to avoid sugar or honey so the recipes are great!

I think Carb Options or Walden Farms makes a sf bbq sauce. The Carb Options one should be right near the regular sauces in your grocery store.

I'm going to try that sweet n sour chicken someday only cut it in half cause hubby can't eat chicken. I do have a smaller crockpot I can use for that.
That lasagna is going to be tried as soon as we go grocery shopping this coming weekend and I can get some WW noodles. I think I have everything else I need.
Thanks for this thread, I'm going to have to explore it more.

The sweet n sour chicken was really good! I had it with brown rice and broccolli. It reminded me of Chinese food, and it was so easy!

I made it and let it cook last night while I was sleeping and just turned it off. I only made half in my smaller crock cause I'm the only one who eats chicken here.
I just turned it off and it looks scrumptious! I'm taking some for lunch with me when I get out, no rice but I'm taking some Triscuits.
Soon as I can find me some WW lasagna noodles I'm making that lasagna in my big crock

If you haven't already noticed, my recipe summary sticky has the crockpot thread recipes listed according to what page they are on. Check it out. I will be continuing to change the other sections yet this week.
I also will be reposting the sticky to hopefully solve the problem that I wrote about.
