Okay. So I just made the peanut butter cookies. They are really soft and tend to crumble if you handle them wrong, but this is what I used:
1 cup of Natural PB
1/4 cup of Agave Nectar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and thoroughly mix.
Scoop onto cookie sheet. This should yield 10 cookies. I laid my fork on some baking soda and then mashed down the balls of peanut butter mix to make them resemble cookies more. Cook for 10 minutes in oven.
I just ate one and they taste awesome! I've been told that if you put them in the freezer they stay together better and are just as good if not better frozen! I hope this helps anyone trying to make some fabulous PB cookies! And with using the Agave Nectar you don't get the splenda aftertaste!
