Michelle, count the dry milk as one of your milk servings. I believe I read that in the post somewhere. I am going to enjoy my first one tonight to celebrate starting phase 2! I managed to just stick with the ricotta dessert during p1--i LOVE the mocha ricotta--don't know what it is about it, but I love it!

OMG What have you done to me?

This is the most addicitive thing I've tried in ages! Help! lol

I didn't have dried powder but i'll get some tommorow.

I did it with normal skimmed/FF milk and it comes to a slightly less thick than dough mixture consitency and it is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS

I am in phase one and I just tried the mocha ricotta. I LOVE it too!! It is sooo very good. I sprinkled coffee grounds over mine. Love, Love, Love it!

Does anyone have a ricotta cheesecake recipe? I would love to find a cheesecake recipe that mixes the ricotta, unsweetened cocoa powder, and sugar substitute together. I'm not sure if cream cheese is allowed in phase one though...

Add me to the list of warm brownie fans, and I think "fan" would be an understatement!! Oh, it was so yummy. I feel like I actually had a brownie! Sigh. I am happy now.

Oh and alizeta2, I really like the mocha ricotta too. Especially with espresso powder!

I am so happy I found these boards. It's my second week on Phase 1 and I really needed some pick-me-ups. And this was just the thing!

I added a little whipped cream to mine and it was wonderful!

Wow, these were soooo sweet!

I almost couldn't finish one serving. So, I think next time I might try and roll this into little balls, like truffles (maybe 2 or 3 per serv). That way I could pull one out of the fridge whenever I want one (well, not exactly whenever).

Also, this might be good as a crust for a pudding pie, like vanilla or butterscotch.

Just my 2 cents. Thanks for the recipe.

Bump for the newbies - this is so awesome! I'm resurrecting it at my house this week! My fave is still the one with the caramel DaVinci syrup. Now my Wal-Mart Super Center has the stuff in small plastic bottles, so I can make this easily any time I want to! :D

OMG! I am not anything close to a newbie but boy am I glad this was bumped up. I made this for the first time tonight with a little cream cheese like someone suggested. WOW. These are my new favorite dessert. Way better than the jello I was going to have. These are super easy, very filling and wow good. Thanks again.

I also used the Hershey's and the carnation. Of note: I have always liked undercooked brownies so I used half dry milk and half vanilla SF soy milk. The consistency was just like an undercooked brownie.
