What may be a foolish question ... in the old SBD book; with the quick quiches baked in the "foil" muffin cup, is it okay to re-heat these "foil" cups in the microwave? Thx!!
My 2nd go around with SBD, and excited to loose weight and get healthy.

Definitely no foil in the microwave. If you are using some kind of silvery colored plastic muffin cup, the muffin cup package would safe if it's microwave-safe - if not, you should assume it's not.
An easy way around this is to use paper or silicone muffin cups.
