Egg White Buns

Has anyone tried this recipe (found in the recipe section)? I am just getting back in to P2, and am not ready to add bread back in, but I've been craving a lobster roll! I know I can make a healthy lobster salad, but I don't think it will be the same without the roll! I was thinking of trying these, but don't want to waste my time if they aren't good!

I have never tried this, but here is the recipe mentioned. It was not on this Food and Recipe forum page, but in the "Recipes" tab across the top which takes you to some SB recipes.

Egg White Buns Recipe - South Beach Diet Recipe (Phase 1)

4 eggs (room temp)
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
parmesan cheese (little or a lot - whatever)

Set oven to 300* F.
Separate CAREFULLY your eggs.
Beat your whites until stiff peaks form, add cream of tartar, keep beating till really stiff.
Mix yolks, and cheeses together, add a little of your white to the yolk mixture.
Slowly fold in your yolk mixture, trying not to break the whites down, streaky is okay.
Pour in 6 globs on a greasy cookie sheet or in a greased muffin top pan.
Bake for 35-40mins. Great as a sandwich.
