You are right, I do feel more inspired to eat healthy since I am working out so much...I follow most of the sb guidelines such as whole wheat "only" lean meats and lowfat yogurts, etc...I am just not as strict about only one wheat or one fruit....that sort of thing. I have always ate fairly healthy for the most part..Sbeach did teach me how to eat better...and, got me off to a good start...My family and I eat the same thing at dinner... most of the time it is healthy and balanced...if they do have something thats a bit too fatty, I will only have a small amt rather than not have it at all...this approach seems to work better for me than to say, that is off limits...anyway, thanks for your input...I guess, I need to find another forum...good luck to you all!

Thats exactly what I was trying to say....I am not on any plan..other than to exercise on a daily basis.....nothing is off limits....I just dont over do it....period.
