Tim Ferriss/The Four Hour Body

Anyone read this book or know anything about this diet? I'd love to hear info on it. My mom has lost a large amount of weight using it, and I'm wondering how it compares to SBD, something I completely trust. It seemed similar based on what she's told me, except they get one day of cheating a week. Any info is appreciated.
