New book?

Postby suoon2bthinner » Fri Jun 18, 2010 9:37 pm

Hi
I followed SBD a few years back and have the old book with the blue cover. A few people on other threads have said its not necessary to get the new supercharged book- I know I need to exercise more so don't particularly want to read that bit, which I gather is a big part of the newer book.
Any thoughts anyone?

The food lists linked into the P1 and P2 FAQ topics here are current with the supercharged book. The transitioning approach from P1 to P2 in the advice on transitioning sticky topic is more conservative than the new book. If you aren't going to use their exercise program there might not be much in it for you, although I've heard some of the new recipes are quite good. I'm sure you can spend time with it in a bookstore or at a library to see if you it is worth it for you given your current set of needs/wants.
