Can someone tell me why I fail to reach my goal?

This is the third time I have posted this but it fails to show up on the boards???? I have been on SB since May of 2006 and I have lost 35.5 pounds. I am 5'5" and started at 205 and now weigh 169.5. I exercise 4-6 times a week. I run and lift weights. I have been at this weight since November and seem to be stuck. I am trying to figure out if it is mental, physical or what is going on. I am relatively happy being a size 10/12 but want to be a size 8 and weigh 150-155. What is my deal? Help please this is making me crazy! :shock:

FWIW, if you are having trouble finding your posts, when you log in and come to the main forum index page that lists all the forums, there is a little link in blue on the upper right hand side above the "Last Post" column heading that says "View your posts". If you click on that you get a list of all the threads you have particpated in which can help you find a post you are looking for, or you can use the Search feature (link at the top underneath the board titles) and just do a search with your own screen name as the only qualifier.
