Salty Cravings

Postby Sugar Hater » Tue May 22, 2007 3:34 pm

I started the SBD on May 9th. I have been doing fine up until Sunday & Monday when I have craved salty stuff at night. I can't figure out why and what I need to do to stop it.

I love this program. It is the only thing that has worked to help get me off my sugar cravings? I have lost about 8 pounds. I will know the real amount when I go to the Dr on friday to get weighed.

Thanks for any and all help.

Microwaving the sliced turkey pepperoni on paper towel makes a salty legal snack.

I have seen some positive votes for the roasted chickpeas in the salty snack category as well.

nuts too. Heck, I like to chew on the pistachio shells (not hard enough to crack them) - they are nice and salty tasting.
