If I don't let it go out of control, I only need to do p1 for a few days to one week. If it's just a few lbs then p2 works fine with increased exercise. It's hard during the holidays and I am sure I'll be having to do p1 for a week before I am back down

Yes, the swiss miss sugar free helped me get through that first few days-week so that I didn't blow it. I did put a tiny bit of whip cream on too:)

What do you do in the medical field. Are you a nurse too? We need nurses!
South beach diet has been the only diet my patients are able to stick with long term. I highly recommend it!

www.zetapill.com to get started. It is supposed to be the "gastric bypass pill" without the surgery. It's a great jumpstart. I am a nurse and share these tips with my patients as well...as long as they run the diet and supp. with their doctor. Also, don't buy bigger clothes. Do something before it gets to be a problem. Hope this helps.
So do you use the Zetapill in conjunction "with" the Tooth Whitener you are pushing in "General Chat"?

I love many things that have worked for me: dermaAction, sheer minerals, biore blackhead strips, pureology for my hair.

Congratulations on your weight loss. That’s a major achievement!
I have a question. With the expanding zetapill gel in your stomach, are you still eating at least 4.5 cups of vegetables a day, plus a fruit or two, grains, etc.? I can’t see how I could eat all my veggies with the equivalent of “half a pound of steak†in my stomach. (quote from the website)

I just follow the sbd plan and the zetapill helps to make you not so hungry.

If you are correctly following the SBD WOE you aren't hungry.

Sometimes you do get hungry, and yes you eat. BUT sometimes cravings make you blow it on the wrong things. I've been doing this awhile...I know:)
