Need a re-start

So its been about a month sence I started phase 1 of south beach and i had lost 10 pounds, during that time i had 2 jobs so it was pretty easy for me to watch what i eat and say no thank u to certain foods, sence school got out ive been workn full time at my second job and its 230-11pm so i find myself sleepin in till like 1 and stayn up after work till like 3..i have maintaned the weight off but im stuck ina rut...i havnt been eating fast food and bad things, i have been tryn to work out at least 3 times a week but nothn is budgn...not sure if i should start over with the phase 1 and restrict the rice n stuff again, its just so hard right now until school starts up again...just needed to vent :)
