Hi every one. I have been in the deit since march 27, that it is the day I started Phase I after two weeks I lost 8 bound. What a huge improvement! April 10, I started phas II and since then I lost ten bound. What suprises me is Now I eat two grains and four pieces of srtawberry. Morning I eat one slice of whole wheat bread with scambled egg with mixed vegetable
and in the evening I eat one cup of Steal cut Oats ( when it's cooked is one cup) every thing else is the same as phase I
