Any one out there 5'9 and around 185? I am 38 and am wondering about what size people wear at this height and weight. I am also apple shaped.

I'm 5'8" and my normal weight is 185-190. I've worn a size 14 long in pants for as long as I can remember, and size M-XL for shirts depending on the fit and length.

Hi, I am new to SB and hopeful for good results. I am 5' 10" and weigh 230 I wear a 16/18 depending on the cut and brand of pants. Years ago I weighed 159 and wore a comfortable size 10. At this point I would be happy with a size 12/14.

me, me weight is currently around 211, slowly (frustratingly slowly....grrr) working my way out of size 18's, and my goal is 182 and around a size 14 as well...
