Fat Free Milk in phase one?

Postby jodi8675 » Fri Sep 04, 2009 9:37 pm

My doctor just recommended that I look into the SB plan and I am very confused as to why Low-fat (1 percent) or fat-free milk are listed on both the Foods To Eat and the Foods To Avoid list for phase one.

thank you!

you are looking at older lists. 2 cups of nonfat or 1% milk are allowed. (or in combo with other allowed dairy. cheese is a protein.) Be sure to check the current lists linked into the P1 FAQ sticky topic in the P1 forum here. The info within the tabs along the top is over 6 years old and has never been updated since the first book was first released.
