I noticed that a lot of newbies wonder what the typical weight loss is, if it's the 8-13 lbs, etc. I thought it might be informative to have those who have been on P1 to take the poll so people can get a general idea of the weight loss.
Granted, of course, that people are drastically different, and that your weight loss in P1 is influenced by your height, weight, prior eating habits, and exercise.
Still, I thought it might be interesting. The poll is intended to be representative of two weeks on P1.
