Hello Ladies,
I am back on phase 1. after a few months break. I never put the weight back on that I lost the first time around - hooray! But I didnt lose any more (not surprisingly).
I am on day 5 and finding it so much easier than the first time earlier this year.
I must admit that I havent bothered with low fat cheese, but maybe dont have as much as some with each portion...doesnt seem to have made any difference tbh.
I have a few SB friendly meals we eat regularly - a nice chicken curry and the good ole chilli which helps me feel comfortable this time. At least it's summer this time around I can eat lots of lovely Feta salads!!

How much did you lose before? Do you have much to lose? Must confess I went straight from weightwatchers to P2 here- bypassed P1 altogether :wink: I have about 12 lbs to go,
