This is such a good article, that it deserves a "bump" to get it near the top of the posts. The only change I would make, would be to change the suggested breakfast from an eggwhite omelette to a two whole-egg omelette. Eggs have recently been shown to be good for us, and my test results for lipids and cholesterol bear out that finding. I'd also add some turkey bacon or Canadian bacon which are full of protein without a lot of calories or fat.

Let me also give a big thumbs up to the suggestion of having small serving containers. One of the best things we did was to buy about 20 containers that only hold about a cup each. Using those, we can make up several right-sized desserts, and not overeat.
