I make zucchini spaghetti like it is going out of STYLE!!! ALL THE TIME!! Also, pesto, with a little fresh parm. A sweet potato would work FAB; I tried a regular potato for the heck of it ( because I was playing) for my son, and made "curly fries" and my HUSBAND LOVED LOVED LOVED them. I should say IT. ONE medium potato goes SOOOOOO FAR! You wouldn't believe it! So does one med. zucchini! For 31 calories plus whatever you put on it; say, marinara- that's not many calories- but a WHOLE LOT OF NUTRITION! My favorite is yellow summer squash and zucchini spaghetti mixed (Zoodles), with fresh basil, cherry or grape tomatoes sliced in half, olive oil, rosemary......YUM! Did I say that last post? It would be killer with some shrimp thrown in too. Or....Thai style, we love spicy food. ENDLESS!!!!
I think I am going to have to try that ab workout and the arm workout. I think the ab one is going to be too hard on my neck though. I should youtube it first to see.
