I've been on SB Phase 2 for about 2 months now. I lost about 6 lbs on Phase 1, and would like to lose another 6-10. In Phase 2, I have lost a little, then gained a little back, then lost a little, etc. It's been a slow going and frustrating couple months.
I think part of the problem is my nightly wine fix, which I quickly added back in in Phase 2. I love good wine, and usually have a glass at about 9pm every night before bed. I have been pretty good limiting myself to one glass per night, but I have occasionally had two. I think in order to lose the last 10 lbs, I will have to cut this habit.
Does anyone have any advice on a different relaxing ritual to make part of my nightly routine? For me, the wine is mostly about relaxing and having me-time after a stressful day of work. I'm thinking about trying herbal tea or seltzer water or something to "substitute" for wine. Or maybe some really low key yoga (I would love a good video suggestion). Any suggestions that have worked for others?
