Needing some motivation on week two.

I lost 16 lbs on phase 1, I understand phase 2 is very different and includes adding in water weight and possibly slower weight loss but I am getting frustrated.

I have gained two pounds since starting phase 2. To my knowledge I have not stuffed myself or even cheated on the foods and am running out of ideas.
Added in fiber supplement, multivitamin, extra water, etc.

I work out at least every other day if not every day doing crunches, biking, walking, and sit ups.



Any comments/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

As you mentioned, that is water weight and quite normal. Just ride it out and stay off the scale if you can. Sounds like you're doing great!
