I lost 16 lbs on phase 1, I understand phase 2 is very different and includes adding in water weight and possibly slower weight loss but I am getting frustrated.
I have gained two pounds since starting phase 2. To my knowledge I have not stuffed myself or even cheated on the foods and am running out of ideas.
Added in fiber supplement, multivitamin, extra water, etc.
I work out at least every other day if not every day doing crunches, biking, walking, and sit ups.
Any comments/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
