Hello. moved to phase 2 on monday and DH is enjoying his fruit . lost 6 lbs during phase 1 and trying to keep with my daily exercise plan to keep my metabolism up. hoping i dont add too many calories. i do find myself snacking on nuts and cheese, i think a little too much. the roughage is tough on my IBS and I have been using smooth move tea to help things along at times. renee

Welcome! 6 lbs is great! I dont have issues with IBS....but my sister does and she swears by a half a sweet potato every couple of days. Also...one thing I have started incorporating into my diet is...they started making the SF pudding cups with Activia. So you get the benefits of those active cultures plus the benefits of curbing your chocolate craving AND withouth all the sugar. They are actually delicious. I usually eat one at night when I want something sweet.
