So,,,I have steadily been losing 2 lbs a week since P2 and now this week, I have gained a lb. Im am down 17.2 lbs. I was so hoping to lose a solid 20 by my 2 month mark, or atleast 19. I have been doing alot of outdoor work this past week and have a lot of muscle fatigue. I think this could have something to do with it. It seems like whenever I strain my muscles too much, I retain some water for a few days. Hopefully this is all it is
I knew a little stall would come sooner or later, but it sure felt good losing that weight consistently every week.
