Danger from artificial sugar

I am really confused as I like my tea with sucral but many people scare me by saying it causes memory loss and ultimately brain tumor what is the authenticity of this info

Is that a brand of sucralose? I don't know which country you are in, but here is what the Center for Science in the Public Interest (a US organization) says about sucralose:

Countries' laws about which sweeteners can be sold or used may be different, so you'd want to make sure it was approved in your country before buying or using it.
