Second phase of South Beach Diet

So we spent a week at an all inclusive resort in Cuba..where the food is questionable and veggies are basically non existent.
Im struggling back on Phase 2 now, with cravings...I think.. I find I am hungry when before I wouldnt be.
Should I persevere or go back to Phase 1?

Try p2 for a bit, and if it's just not working, then you may need to revisit p1 for a week or so to get things back under control.
Something I've done that worked great for refocusing was doing a very conservative p2 with only the very lowest GI options-- I chose oatmeal and blueberries.
-- food lists, portion guidelines, etc.
