I hope someone can help. I'm on day 11 of phase 1 and just doing some shopping research for phase 2. I've realised I'm not getting enough dairy in my meals so thought I could have some milkshake like many of the previous posts suggest. I've only managed to find one milkshake mix that says 'no added sugar' rather than sugar free, please could someone scan the ingredients to see if it's OK for me. To me it reads like something out of a chemistry text book
