Do you think the peanut butter and chick peas aren't enough? I'm not anti-meat but I've just come to prefer veggies... I'm only lukewarm on chicken, I like lamb and pork, ground turkey, fish and a little bit of extra lean ground sirloin. But I'd reach for a salad first every time.

I know I need to calm down...I'm trying. :(

Ah, forgot that the day you were commenting on, Kimboroni, was a day I didn't have salad ... usually I have salad for lunch with chick peas, cheese, etc...

Those have a little bit, but still not not that much. You should have at least 3 oz of a protein-dense food (chickpeas come with more carbs than protein, and cheese can have a significant amount of fat) with each lunch and dinner, and breakfast should have at least 2 oz. The pb, chickpeas, cheese, etc. would be in addition to that.

cortcase: love looking at your photo album. It is such an inspiration. The pictures were very well taken, another reason to enjoy them so much. I just wanted to tell you that I love salads too. When my husband wants to eat out, I always tell him, we can go wherever you want to, as long as I can eat a healthy salad. Anyway, how are you doing? Still training that much or less?
