Milk

Postby sweetz0625 » Tue Mar 13, 2007 12:42 am

I actually just ate a delicious dinner, chicken breast with cheese inside, and salsa. And it was WONDERFUL with a glass of milk, but my only question is how can we have milk. Isnt it really HIGH in carbs. I just dont like the mindset that I have when I drink it, I feel like I am doing something wrong and I am not going to lose as much weight. Please tell me the truth. Thanks

SB is all about the RIGHT carbs and fats. Milk is good for in so many ways including warding off the SB flu. Just remember there is a limit on it and you'll be fine.

skim or 1%. Up to 2 cups daily (incl. yogurt if eating that as well.) It's all good!
