Made Meal plan template (pic inside) *UPDATE*

Postby lyquidphyre on Fri Jun 24, 2005 2:54 am

PLEASE READ
Since Im not on the site as much I used to be, sometimes it takes a while for me to come back and send out the templates to everyone. So, if you want to get your template here are three ways to do it:

1. Via email- SEND ME an email at lyquidphyre at gmail dot com. (basically my user name @gmail.com). That way, I get the email and can respond with the template. This should work out better for everyone.

2. If you do not feel comfortable sending me an email, then leave me a PM with your email address and I will still send you one- but it might not be as quick as emailing me.

3. Also, before doing any of that- try to right click the picture and save it. It works for some people.

4. DO NOT leave your email address in this thread (by replying) because I hardly check the thread, and its not safe to give your your email address in a public forum like this (cuz of the bots and what not).

So, in review, ways to get the template:
1. Email me (fastest, easiest way)
2. PM me (might take me a while to respond)
3. right click and Save.
4. Don't leave your email here (I won't ever see it)

Thanks a bunch!

OK. I made this into a sticky. On a couple of conditions:

(1) Don't post your email address in here. It's just not a good idea and it muddies up the thread. You can PM lyquidphyre if you want to. If you post it in here, I'm going to delete it.

(2) You SHOULD be reading the book. But, also, Newbies MUST read the "Frequently Asked Questions" thread and "Redroxco's Myth" thread at the top of this forum. Don't just print this list and start using it without knowing what you're doing.

Thanks.

Im confused about what you said, in regard to the number 2 criteria.. how is this a list? Its just a blank format to fill in the blanks with what people plan to eat. I don't provide any meals or ideas for food

I know. What I mean is that I want people to read the information available on this site. Not use this thread as a means to ask what the SBD is.

Another way to print template...

Postby newbeacher on Mon Jul 25, 2005 1:17 am

I found that if I place my mouse over the picture, a tool bar appears which allows me to print the template. Thanks for sharing!!!

Oh thanks for that one! I just dragged to the desktop!! (non mac users...open your minds to other alternatives) Thanks for the template. What a great idea!! Hey BTW...I don't recall reading in the book that you have to drink x glasses of water. He said to drink when you're thirsty. I'm like a camel. I go days without drinking water. But love my coffee...now I found out that I'm limited to 2 cups.
I hope to be only half the woman I am today! ;)

Mac??? No thank you! LoL

The template can be dragged to the desktop on a pc, as well. I did. I tried it with 3 different browswers: Mozilla Firefox (my FAV!), Internet Explorer, and Opera. It worked on all of them.

This is fantastic!
thank you
i always try to plan out my meals for a week at a time but i tend to forget the paper on my kitchen counter and that makes it more diffcult to remember when i am on the run. i love that there is a place to record water and exercise right on this sheet - makes it a reason for me to carry it with me.
thanks!
