How many grams, calories, etc on phase 1? Writing an article.

I know that the diet does not require you to keep track of or count how many things such as grams or calories or % of vitamins/minerals you eat daily but I was just curious is anyone had a basic average of what a typical day would actually break down into on Phase 1 (also on any other phase)? I'm trying to work up a small power point and article as part of a class I'm taking and my teacher and I agreed that a day to day following of me would be a good basis for it. But I want to make sure to have others info to compare it to as well. I'm going to be writing mine down for a few days to get an average on it but I'd love if anyone else could post theirs so I could see how much it varies person to person.

Please make sure it is for a typical day for you on PHASE 1.

Things such as grams of carbs, sugars, protein, calories, vitamins and minerals...etc...basically all the nutrition info for a typical day of food for you.

Any posts are appreciated. Thank you!!!

It will definitely vary from person to person, depending on each person's needs, as well as their implementation of the diet. For instance, someone who is 5'11" and does strength training will need quite a bit more protein than someone who is 5'3" and doesn't. And some people think that SB is low-carb and try to limit their carbs too much, so those numbers will look too low and the fats and proteins too high.

I'd be curious to see a menu of the actual foods that you're using for the nutrition breakdown, in case there are any suggestions we could make.
My FAQ-- food lists, portion guidelines, etc.
