The ingredient list doesn't look very good-- for one thing, it has partially hydrogenated oils in it-- trans fats are very unhealthy and should be avoided. It also has added sugars. The no sugar added fudgsicles only have the natural healthy sugars from milk, so it's not really an even comparison. I'm also a bit wary of how the serving size is being presented, with the disclaimers and such, like there's some kind of trickery involved in the nutrition facts being listed.
