Hello, is it that we can eat two times a day: 15 almonds, and 10 small tomatoes. Cheese 2 times a day also. Thank you. :?

You can have 1 serving of nuts or seeds daily. I don't remember what all of the counts are, but they're in the FAQ's food list. So, for example, 2 tbsp of peanut butter is a nut/seed serving-- if I have 2 Tbsp of peanut butter, I shouldn't have any other nuts or seeds that day. But I could have 1 Tbsp of peanut butter (half of a serving) and half of one of the other options.

There is no limit on tomatoes. That was removed several years ago. Make sure you are using the updated lists in the FAQ.

They are recommending limiting cheese to 2 servings daily.
My FAQ-- food lists, portion guidelines, etc.
