So Sleepy Always

Hi All,

I am on my Phase 1, Day 8 and is feeling so sleepy always. I have to do a Pregnancy test since I also feel this way when I had my kid. Does anyone feel the same way?

Do you mean since you started the diet? Or always? If you think it might be related to p1, can you post what you're eating? It's really common for people to accidentally not eat enough carbs, and that can cause a variety of symptoms.
My FAQ-- food lists, portion guidelines, etc.

Hi, I just started, on day 3, confusing but working it out, could not find out if could eat Bubba Burgers, dont think so, I am quite sleepy as well, but I figured its due to switching to decaffinated coffee. Still going to continue for at least the 2 weeks and see what happens. :D

I'm not a SBD expert and I'm brand new to this forum, but I have an idea. Dehydration often feels like fatigue so if you're sure you're eating enough you might want to increase your water intake.

Dehydration is also one of the symptoms of ketosis from not eating enough carbs, so it all could be related.
