Hi - new here but not new to SB though I do have the older version. I'm a bit confused on this list - the foods allowed list yogurt but so do the foods to avoid?? Is yogurt allowed or not? Just curious about why the diet was updated from the original version to the "supercharged" version?
Thanks

"Supercharged" refers to the addition of an exercise component.
You can have yogurt-- dairy was added back in 2004. Make sure to use the updated list in the FAQ, not the tabs at the top. We have no control over those.

I was referring to the FAQ - The FAQ list does contradict itself. It has yogurt listed in both the foods you can have and the foods to avoid sections.

Hey. Cup style yogurt (to be avoided) refers to flavored/low fat/ fruity yogurts. Frozen yogurt also not allowed. P1 permits plain, nonfat yogurt (including greek yogurt) as part of the 2 cup per day dairy allowance.
